JG-26 lead by Adolf Galland in their Me109's climbing out of Abbeville on the French coast in 1941. Galland leads the finger four formation Scharwm on an outbound patrol against the RAF. Emerging from a cloud formation on their way to their patrol high of 23,000 feet.
Always a strategic thinker and a borne leader Adolf Galland rose rapidly through the ranks of the Luftwaffe to become the youngest General in all the German forces at 29. The print is signed by Adolf Galland.
