Desert Victory depicts Me109's of JG-27 providing cover as Rommel's armor advances towards Gazala in Libya. On the ground is a P-40 Kittyhawk shot down earlier in the day.

The print which has an original remarque also has a printed remarque of a 7.62 Pak anti-tank gun. One of the signers Gerhard Halm won the Knights Cross as a gun layer for a Pak 7.62, he was the second youngest ever to win the Knights Cross.

The print is also signed by Eduard Neumann Kommodore of JG-27 and Friedrich Korner with 36 victories in the Desert War.
