Horrido - LE

“Horrido” the traditional battle cry of the Luftwaffe. A tribute to JG-52, Me109 fighters diving into attack high above the Channel during the Battle of Britain. The 109's depicted are of JG52 with their familiar yellow noses used during the Battle of Britain. 

The “Luftwaffe Aces” edition is signed by ten Luftwaffe aces, Eric Rudorffer, Walter Schuck, Hermann Schleinhege, Gunther Seeger, Walter Wolfrum, Hugo Broch, Hans-Ekkehard Bob, Norbet Hannig, Herbert Koller, Gunther Rall.

Combat over the Reich -LE

The revolutionary Me262 jet fighter intercepts the 8thAirforce 452 Bomb Group’s B-17 Flying Fortresses, both hunter and hunted have fractions of a seconds to fire at jet speed. The Me262's inflict damage to the B-17's who's gunners lay a wall of lead into the path of the Jets.

Signed by five Luftwaffe aces who flew in the Me262 jet fighter, Hermann Buchner, Viktor Petermann, Ernst-Wilhelm Reinert, Werner Roell and Erich Rudorffer.

Assault on the Capital - LE

Assault on the Capital, the first major raid on London on September 7th 1940 which caused huge fires and terrific damage to the London docks. Fighter command scrambled 21 squadrons to meet the raid. This marked the Luftwaffe change in tactics from attacking RAF airfield to attacking London. 

The print depicts Ju88's escorted by Me109E's coming under attack by Hurricanes of RAF 242 squadron. The Aces Edition is signed by five fighter pilot Knights Cross holders, Adolf Dickfeld, Heinz Lange, Gunther Rall, Ernst- Wilhelm Reinert and Erich Rudorffer.
