Very restricted release of 50, showing Douglas Baders Hurricane on approach to touch down at Coltishall, close to Norwich in Norfolk. Bader was given command of 242 Squadron based at Coltishall mainly formed with Canadian pilots. 242 later became part of 12 Groups Duxford Wing during the Battle of Britain.
The matted print includes the signature of Douglas Bader. SOLD
