Band of Brothers a tribute to British and Commonwealth crews who flew unflinchingly over Germany at great loss to help pave the way to Allied victory. Features S for Sugar, Lancaster serial number R5868 which flew initially with the Pathfinder force then switched to 467 squadron RAAF. Taking part in almost all major attacks from mid 1942 until the end of the war. S for Sugar was battle scarred and survived a mid air collision over Berlin badly damaging a wing.

Embellished with Gorings famous quote "No Emeny Plane will fly over the Reich territory" S for Sugar completed a remarkable 137 operations over enemy territory, flying the second most operations in Bomber Command. S for Sugar now resides at the RAF Museum in Hendon, a tribute to the courageous men of Bomber Command.
