The Titanic leaving Southhampton on her maiden voyage, escorted by steamships and Yachts.  Four days later she would hit an Iceberg puncturing six of her bulkheads. The design was "unsinkable" if three bulkheads were breached, the Titanic was sinking.

Provision of Lifeboats was sparse on the unsinkable ship with only 20 lifeboats. It was women and children first until all the boats had filled. Over 1,500 passengers and crew went down with the ship.

The print is signed by Millvina Dean the youngest and last survivor of the Titanic.

The Titanic Tribute Edition Double Remarque comes with a very special companion. A matted working drawing of Titanic Last Farwell. In the matting is a genuine piece of coal recovered during the expedition in 1994, following the discovery of the wreck. Coal from the boiler room was the only artifact taken from the site. Also in the matting is a Harland and Wolff commemorative brooch.

Print Size, 35" x 22", matted companion 16" x 14"
