Just eight weeks following D-Day the German Army is retreating. The Allies fight to cut off the retreat in the Falaise Gap. Tough RAF Typhoons Mk1b's of 247 squadron, operating behind the Normandy beachhead attack a German armor column trapped in the Falaise Gap.
