"Twilight Conquest" portrays a P-61 Black Widow, this was the first aircraft designed from the start to be a night fighter; entering service in early 1944. Equipped with radar the remarkable twin engine night fighter saw service in both the European and Pacific theaters.
The print depicts a P-61 at twilight having stalked three Fw190's and downed the leader the P-61 has turned into attack a second Fw190 with guns blazing lighting up the fuselage of the P-61.
